TG PEUHMW-1000

UHMWPE is a unique, low friction Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE)with a molecular weight of more than 4,5 million. Combining the benefits of higher wear resistance(even greater than steel) and lower maintenance costs, the pads are easy to fabricate, install and can be fastened to steel, concrete, wood and rubber.

With the outstanding characteristics of high wear resistant, high impact strength ,self-lubricating, corrosion resistant, shock absorption, low temperature resistant, non-toxic, anti stick, low water absorption, which gives it excellent performance, UHMWPE is the most best high performance engineering plastics.

TG HD

Polyethylene Sheets are made of Polyethylene, the most widely used volume plastic. HDPE Sheets have a relatively high molecular structure and a medium to high density. PE  High-Density Polyethylene sheets are stabilized against UV radiation effects to counteract heat fatigue and increase life. They exhibit high toughness, high resistance to stress cracking & superior chemical resistance against many organic & inorganic media. In addition to its FDA-approved food contact suitability and excellent machine-ability, sheet PE is non-toxic and non-staining. The operating temperature ranges from -200°C to 135°C.

 

The manufacturing process does not limit the cross-sections and plate dimensions:

Thickness: 1 – 300 mm      Size: W 1 – 2 m, L 3 – 6,5 m     Rood: D 5 – 500 mm, L 1-3 m    Tube: OD  20 – 250mm, ID 50 – 500 mm

The standard color is natur. Other colors such as blue, green, yellow, white or red is available upon request.
